CE-Clarifier is our chitosan-based clarifier that is ideal for swimming pools and fountains. CV-600 enzyme boosts CE-Clarifier’s strength in a big way; it breaks down and digests non-living organics, grease, and oils. These oxidants are broken down into carbon dioxide and off-gassed out of the pool...not sent to the filter. Removing bather waste and oils helps clear the way for the chitosan to attract debris (like pollen) and bind them into larger sized particles to be filtered out.
