Taking care of your first pool means learning a whole new vocabulary. Dozens of chemicals with long names, and the labels rarely explain what you actually need to know: how much to use, when to use it, and what happens if you get it wrong.
We spend all day with these products, so we are prepared for the questions customers bring us. Whatever your water is doing, chances are we have seen it before and can help you improve it.
Tell us about your pool situation, and we will guide you through what to buy, how much, and how to use it. If we are not certain, we will look it up and call you back rather than guess.
You don't need to know the right brand name
People often ask for a product by name because they saw it somewhere else or used it before, and plenty of stores will simply say they don't carry it. We would rather figure out what the product actually is and show you the one on our shelf that does the same job. Knowing brand names is our job, not yours.
Free delivery across the Valley
If you are anywhere from Mission to South Padre Island, we deliver to you for free. That covers Hidalgo and Cameron Counties: McAllen, Edinburg, Pharr, San Juan, Alamo, Donna, Weslaco, Mercedes, Harlingen, San Benito, Brownsville, Port Isabel, and the towns in between.
There is no minimum order. If you need one bucket of tablets, we will bring you one bucket of tablets.

Free water testing
Bring us about an ounce of your pool water in a clean, airtight container, and we will test it at no charge. You will get a reading on your chemical balance and our recommendation for what to do about it. No appointment. Just bring the sample in.

For customers across the country
We ship pool supplies nationwide, and a lot of those orders start with a part number. If you know the number, search for it on our site. If the number doesn't turn anything up, or you are not sure it's the right part, call us, and we will work it out with you.
That matters more than it sounds. Pumps and heaters have to match your setup, and the wrong choice is expensive to discover after it ships. We would rather spend a few minutes confirming the specifications than send you something that does not fit.
The conversation doesn't end at the register
Buying the product is usually the easy part. Using it correctly is where people get stuck, so we will check-in to make sure your product use went smoothly.
Call us as you go. Ask how much to use this time, or what to do if the water color still isn’t quite right, or when you should expect to see a difference.
